Positioning interfaces made of structural PP panels are individually adapted to the packaged goods so that they are safely stowed away and arrive at their destination without scratches or damage.
The packaging solutions are planned in such a way that multiple layers ensure optimal utilisation of the container volume.
The customised combination of corrugated or structural PP panels and XPE foam blocks ensures that the packaged goods are fixed in place and transported safely.
The foam blocks are constructed and placed in such a way that several layers can be stacked in the container.
Dividers made of solid PP sheets are stable and durable. They are easy to clean and convince with their longevity. The individual compartments can be stacked in the container to ensure the best possible handling.
The combination of the divider compartments with the fixing blocks ensures stable and safe transport – even for large-volume parts.
The soft XPE foam inserts securely cushion the packaged goods all around. This not only serves to ensure safe transport, but also the handling on the production line can be conducted in a protected way, since the foam inserts are light and transportable.
The advantages of the different materials combined – The compartment box made of XPE foam fixes the packaged goods in place. At the same time, the soft foam prevents pressure points and scratches.
The fabric pockets firmly connected to the sleeve can be conveniently pushed together by means of a rail system.
This way, the sleeve can be collapsed in a Z folding method after removing the packaged goods, and can be safely stowed away in a space saving manner.
