What does CIP mean?

All work processes in the company are to be continuously optimized through the “continuous improvement process”. The processes in production and administration are examined, checked in detail with those involved and improved.

Aims of the CIP

  • Make the company more efficient and smarter.
  • Strengthen the team spirit and the responsibility of all employees.
  • Make the workplaces more attractive and thereby increase productivity.

What does this mean for KTP?

We aim to increase the satisfaction of all our employees in their current workplace. Everyone has the opportunity to contribute their own ideas and suggestions and thus to actively participate in the further development of the KTP.
