The idea behind founding KTP was to use old industrial foils from the automotive industry in a meaningful way.

Horst Wintrich managed to kill two birds with one stone:

1. He has found a value-adding way to dispose of existing foils.
2. With the development of our plastic containers, he has created reusable packaging that makes foil and other disposable materials superfluous!

This is what sustainable innovation thinking looks like!

Even the best reusable container reaches the end of its product life cycle after many years of use. And here, too, KTP has the solution! Old containers can be returned to us. In our in-house recycling plant, they are ground back into granulate for new KTP containers. It has come full circle.

Another huge advantage: Our container solutions not only reduce our own carbon footprint, but also that of our customers. That means “win-win” in the best sense!
